1. Responsible for the overall implementation of SAP Ariba Contracts, Sourcing, and SLP spend management solution software. Conduct project meetings and take the lead on project tracking and analysis. Define the project scope, project plan, time frames and required resources.
2. Coordinate with Systems Integration to ensure all client requirements can be met. Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables to ensure compliance with current business strategies. Provide strong technical understanding of the product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full platform, using Global implementation methodology.
3. Support the processes and procedures that reduce customer implementation cycle time and eliminate opportunities for deployment defects. Provide analytical guidance to project team, including troubleshooting, if necessary. Work closely with customers as their technical advisor
during the implementation phase.
4. Coordinate client training and lead account transfer to Client Management after successful implementation. Provide coaching/mentoring to others on project management principles and techniques.

1.Participate in scoping of global requirements work sessions.
2.Support all aspects of data preparation and configuration, including but not limited to, contract types, templates, clauses, meta data, clause and template libraries and process and approval
workflows.
3.Supports all aspects of application configuration including, but not limited to, building of templates and associated workflows, user creation and permissions assignments.
4.Work in close coordination with multiple teams within the organization including collaborating with team members to understand organizational and operational challenges.
